Sudbury’s hidden gem for top quality, locally made frozen meals, especially for senior citizens.
Perfectly portioned meals for people living by themselves or seniors who do not what huge big trays to reheat. Perfectly seasoned and not over-salted. Easy to stock freezer up for a few weeks, so there is always something delicious for elderly diners to cook up. Add a garden salad and a toast, and you have a dinner any senior citizen would enjoy and easily manage to prepare.
Very much appreciate the single serving sizes packages in reheatable containers, and not in plastic, needing to be transferred to another dish before cooking in oven. No need to reheat in plastic container. Tin containers are easily recyclable and not needing to worry about microplastics.
Like everyone says, these ARE the BEST CUPCAKES in town, by far, whether or not one eats gluten free.

Would also try the flash frozen soups, chilis in frozen puck format, just needing to be moved over to an oversized ceramic cup for reheating.
The quality at Amici’s is so much more elevated than any other local fresh food market or large frozen food franchise in town. Tastes home cooked, ingredients are high quality, and the PRICES ARE REASONABLE too.
Looking forward to being able to choose these single serving meals online and have them delivered to seniors’ residence, in the future, through delivery apps.
Tin container format with clear simple larger font and labeling makes it easy to stack and organize in a senior’s freezer. Reheating instructions are very concise, clear to follow and easy to read.
