Nothings is truly gluten free. They heat the tortillas with their flour tortillas.

Great food and service. I must eat gluten free and although they don't have a gluten free menu, our server steered me to a meal I could eat. It worked for me and the rest of our party enjoyed their selections from the extensive menu.
