Amonē Nantes

AMONĒ is an artisanal cordon bleu restaurant on rue de l'Échelle in central Nantes. Every cordon bleu on the menu is gluten free, handmade off site in a dedicated certified gluten-free facility, and the pommes noisettes are gluten free too. Nothing is fried here — everything is baked, and the kitchen uses dedicated baking sheets and separate trays for gluten-free orders, with separate utensils kept apart from the non-gluten-free items. The ovens themselves are shared and the Pitchoune dessert contains gluten, so this is not a fully gluten-free kitchen. Details confirmed by the owner.
