A little cramped, but the food is pretty good. I’m celiac and i was so excited to learn they had gluten free cones :). for something gluten free they were very good! i got the yogurt flavor and tiramisu (also gluten free, all the flavors are!!!) and it was soooo good. sad to see all the bad reviews on the staff, it was very busy when i went but everyone who was working was very nice too me. they seem understaffed but as someone in food service they were doing a great job, i think a lot of the reviews come from people who don’t work food service… the guy who helped me (dude with all the piercings) was really sweet and was really nice about my allergy and was very helpful with making me feel like my food would be safe. so hard to find celiac friendly places in boston, totally coming back this summer :)

Lawsuit waiting to happen. Ordered a milkshake chocolate and blueberry. I’m sipping on it and sip nuts that were placed on the bottom. No mention of nuts anywhere and when I told the worker they were like oh we put nuts in all our milkshakes. NOWHERE is it mentioned. The workers gave a customer an ice cream cone that was not gluten free and when the customer pointed out after being given it, the employee began UNSCOOPING the ice cream that touched the customers hand into THE SERVING BINS - Huge NO. I had to step in and stop the madness citing health violations. There is NO leadership, workers have their hair shaking all over the ice cream, they do not wash their hands and they are covered with ice cream. AND they pick up their cones with their bare hands no napkin or cover on the cone. Disgusting place. Line out the door and no order to how patrons should navigate the tiny place. Please, making Newbury street look bad and embarrassment.
