Terrible experience for my wife . I conveyed to the staff what it was like to be coeliac at their hotel, from the dinner, evening and next morning's breakfast, given hash brown, a toaster that sits amongst the rest of breakfast set up instead of labelled in a separate location , staff who tell you "don't use it if you don't want to" Any coeliac friends and family will know what this means. Ruined a stay for a wedding
