Anacortes Calico Cupboard Café & Bakery

What a cute cafe with wonderful vibes! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming! The food was good and service was great. We ate on the patio because we had our dog with us. Everyone was so kind and welcoming towards our dog! Several servers stopped to say hi to her and even brought her a cute dog bowl with water. The servers were great about checking on us to see if we needed anything and were always prompt with our requests. I loved that there were so many gluten free options! I got the fisherman’s breakfast with gluten free toast. It came with homemade strawberry jam that was so delicious! My fiancé got a croissant breakfast sandwich and loved it. We would love to come here for breakfast again if we’re in the area.

Burger was buttery, unfortunate they upcharged on all gluten free items (even though not dedicated area for GF as noted). Likely good if you're not GF.

Great little cafe n sandwich shop. They do tasty coffee and pastries to go and have decent table service with brunch, albeit no pancakes or waffles, but lots of eggs and french toast if feeling sweet over savory. Burgers, sandwiches, soup, seafood, etc... for lunch. Many gluten free options, which is nice. Pleasant atmophere too, right on the main drag downtown. Will return.
