CELIAC HEAVEN! Wait staff is extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Tortilla chips are fried in a dedicated fryer. All salsas are gluten free. Almost all of the tacos are gluten free. Food was spectacular. Very delicious and would highly recommend but make sure to tell the server you have celiac.

For any Celiacs out there, I would definitely recommend Ancho and Agave. The wait staff (our server was Nely who was great) was really knowledeable about gluten free choices. I am vegetarian as well, but was able to enjoy most of the appetizers as well as the sweet potato black bean tacos. Would definitely recommend the tacos and Cadillac margarita. We did order the queso as well but thought that could use a bit more heat/flavor.
