Unfortunately, our visit was far from satisfactory due to excessive wait times and unprofessional behaviour from a member of the staff. Upon arriving, my two friends and I ordered two crepes with Nutella and strawberries, as well as a gluten-free sandwich. While our drinks were served promptly, we waited approximately 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive, which seemed excessive for such a simple order. By the time our food was finally served, our drinks were already finished, making the delay even more frustrating. Furthermore, when our crepes arrived, we noticed that they had very little Nutella. One of my friends politely asked a waiter for some more, but instead of addressing her request courteously, he rudely put his finger up and abruptly said, “one minute.” However, he never returned to assist us. This level of rudeness was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Thankfully, another waiter, a young man with strawberry-blonde/ginger hair, was much more helpful and returned promptly with additional Nutella. We were truly shocked by the poor service and the way we were spoken to by the first waiter. This experience left us feeling extremely disappointed, as we had expected a much higher standard of customer service.
