I ordered an 8” (20 cm) gluten-free Black Forest cake and had very specific requests — chocolate curls, a chocolate drip, and fresh cherries. Despite it being winter, Andrea was able to source fresh cherries, and they were absolutely delicious. The cake was exactly how I had pictured it, both visually and in taste. She is incredibly talented, and this was hands-down the best Black Forest cake I’ve had yet. It was talked about all night, and everyone loved it. You would never know it was gluten-free. Beyond the cake itself, Andrea went above and beyond with kindness and care, which made the entire experience even more special. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and will absolutely be ordering again.

My girlfriend got me a gluten free Black Forest cake made by Andrea. I have celiacs and am very sensitive to gluten. No issue at all and the cake was the best Black Forest Cake I’ve ever had :) The cake had lovely chocolate curls and was moist with fresh cherries. Thanks, Andrea for going above and beyond!

I bought a gluten and dairy free cake from Andrea for my partner’s birthday. I can honestly say this is the best cake we ever tasted, never mind it was gluten and dairy free. The cake was not only good it was a work of art.
