The last several times we have gone to Andy's in Lee's Summit, MO we have gotten really inconsistent service. They seldom get the orders right the first time, and I've often found that I'll be charged different amounts even if my order is the same as the time before. Usually I catch it, but if I'm in a rush I sometimes miss it. Tonight for example, we ordered a small vanilla cup, two large vanilla cups, a small butterfinger concrete, a quart of the black raspberry chocolate chunk, and 2 pup cups for my dogs. I told the person at the window that all of them had a gluten intolerance. When she told the person making them that there was a gluten allergy, I could here him groan and complain about it. She told him to not worry, they were just ice cream. Then she handed me a Pint of raspberry chocolate chunk. I reminded her I had ordered (and I assume paid for) a quarter. She then told me they were out of quarts, but she at least gave me a second pint. NOTE: This is not the first time that I paid for a quart, but got a pint. The time before I didn't notice until I got home, but I assumed I must have only paid for a pint until I saw my card statement later. Then, when I got home tonight, I found I had 3 pup cups (not two), and two small cups. The only thing they got right was my Mom's concrete. I immediately called the store to let them know. No one answered even though they were still open for another 30 minutes. I left them a message, and asked them to call me back. I haven't heard back from anyone. This is unacceptable. I was trying to handle directly, but I guess that won't work.
