If you love Caribbean food, be sure to check out Anegada Delights. I enjoyed the escovitch fish, rice and peas, and cabbage, with a side of jerk mac and cheese. I tried the ginger punch and sorrel drink. All of their food is gluten-free and halal, and they don’t use any butter or oils.
