I have never in my life had an experience this rude or unempathetic in my life. If you are one of the many people experiencing food allergies or intolerances- do NOT go here. I don’t know who the man was who I spoke to, I am assuming the manager, but when I asked if the grill would be celiac friendly (which over the phone I was told yes) I was told in return it doesn’t “pay” to accommodate people like me. Maybe this restaurant should consider that money isn’t everything and that creating a space where everyone can eat would actually generate better business. Lost a customer in me, my family, and any friends. Good luck to these people and their subpar, lukewarm food. Hope it’s worth the money.
