Servers and kitchen staff are celiac trained. Staff can make the full tasting menu celiac safe upon request at the restaurant, no need to call ahead. For wine nights, they say they can make a meal celiac safe, but request to call ahead as these are special events

Great food and service. Appreciate the attention to detail regarding the timing of the food and drink pairings. Also well done with my request for gluten free. They had gluten free options on the tasting menu that never felt less than and the entire staff knew of my request. Thank you for a wonderful dinner. Can't wait to come back.
