Wish I found this place sooner. I have gluten and dairy allergies so I generally stick to cooking my own food. I saw this place had gluten free wraps so I decided to try it since I couldn't remember the last time I've had a wrap. It was delicious!! And it was so filling. And the woman behind the counter was very kind. I'll be back for more

The food here is incredibly fresh and full of flavor — it doesn’t get any fresher than this! It’s mainly a takeout spot with only four seats at the bar, so be sure to call ahead to save time since everything is made to order from scratch. I had the lemon garlic chicken (SO flavorful) and the quinoa cucumber mango salad — super fresh and light! Great portions and fair prices, too. (And if you gluten free, her entire menu is GF!🙀 I did not miss the gluten at all!) You can find her at Cave Creek & Tatum, right by the cigar shop. Update: I’ve now tried the chicken and beef tosas and they are SO good, the turkey stew as well! All very flavorful! Enjoy!

The quality and taste of the food is wonderful. To have all of these healthy options is really amazing! Everything is gluten free. Many dairy free options. My salmon was very overcooked, but the rest of our meals were perfection! We had a chocolate cheese tosa (who knew how amazing this concoction would be?!), creamy garlic butter salmon (the dressing for the salad was so fresh and tasty!), sweet and spicy wings and a chicken wrap. I also drank lemon and orange tea and could drink that daily for the rest of my life. This isn't really a dine in place, but there are a few seats if younwant to eat there. The to-go boxes are compostable. I will be back. Please support this wonderful business!
