Love this place, the gluten free option are amazing

Our server Anna was stupendous, I came in with a gaggle of older folks who are very stubborn and she went with the punches. Not even a blink. I ordered gluten free and lemme tell ya, some of the best pancakes I've had in ages! Just fyi, there was a server who was bit of a grump, but luckily not ours! Lol

It was Memorial Day so understandably busy. We told the waitress what time we had to leave for the airport and she said that would be no problem. 45 minutes later we still didn’t have our food and she said the kitchen was running behind which means understaffed. I asked for our food to go and did not check the boxes. I have Celiac disease and specifically requested the gluten “friendly” shrimp and grits to be cooked in a clean pan to avoid cross contamination for Celiac. The kitchen staff put two pieces of pita bread in my shrimp and grits which otherwise would have been GF. I found this out in the car ride to the airport so I wasn’t able to eat it or return it. Due to the long wait I expected a small discount on our bill which there was none. The pros were that my friends said their food was pretty good and our waitress Bella was very nice and did all that she could.
