I’ve eaten at the restaurant and have ordered take out and everything has been excellent! The salmon tacos and gluten free Cajun Pasta are amazing! The take out is packaged very well and stays surprisingly warm. The portion sizes are very good and filling.

We stayed at the Cliffrose and enjoyed eating at Anthera two of the three nights we were in Springdale. The food and cocktails were very good, but the location, ambiance and live music made both evenings very memorable.
Tip - they also offer a hikers lunch for $15 that includes a variety of wrap options. They even made a gluten-free wrap for my wife. The lunch includes a drink, a small bag cooler and a small ice pack.
