I spoke with Adiel, the general manager of Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, who informed me that they do serve gluten free pizza and wings! Both were delicious, and the service was fantastic! I will be back!!

The first time I went I ordered hot wings and a gluten free cheese pizza. The pizza was among the BEST I've had. 👍👍
The wings I did not like. Too big and I'm just not a fan of the coal fired hot wings.
