Restaurant found thanks to the AIC application. Super friendly and professional staff (the really nice waiter from Bologna). We ordered an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a side dish and a dessert. All the dishes were very good, you can perceive the quality of the raw materials. It often happens that, in restaurants with gluten-free options, the cuisine with gluten is often poorly taken care of; this time, however, everything was truly delicious, with or without gluten! The house wine is also recommended, which can also be ordered by the glass!
