If you are around Tamarindo ,this is the best place to come to eat gluten free ,they have many options ,we tried the pistachio GF nochi and the GF pizza peperoni,one of the best we have tried. One thing I really liked is that the owner of the business serves in the premises and the service they provide is excellent.

This is the most amazing experience from start to finish for a number of reasons. The food was the best we've eaten in all of Tamarindo. The pistachio gnocchi and shrimp linguine were phenomenal (as recommended by the owner himself). The wine recommended was also top class. The gnocchi was gluten-free as needed and it was really hard to believe that it could be so good. The owner serves and he explained at great lengths how serious they take gluten allergies - you can completely feel at comfort that allergen needs are being taken care of. All of the pasta is freshly made and you can tell. Finally, the owner who greets and serves you and his wife who cooks the food are very talented at what they do. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you!
