Saw this post on a gluten free page, this restaurant offers a cauliflower pizza for those who are avoiding gluten or have a slight sensitivity, they also were super clear on how they cannot guarantee safety for those with higher sensitivities and went into detail as to why. This information was informative and non-discriminatory to those with dietary restrictions. I LOVE the open transparency and how they are honest on what they can do and what they can’t provide. That honestly is what keeps those with Celiac disease safe when eating out. Thanks for your honesty!!

I don't give this place any stars I haven't been here. But on their menu it says gluten-free pizza crust. So I called to find out if there are truly gluten-free cauliflower pizza crusts. I asked them if they kept the gluten-free cauliflower crust separate from the other pizza crust and if they use a separate table and pan for the crust and they said no. Please be cautious if you are a very sensitive Celiac gluten-free person I would highly recommend another pizza place. They told me they didn't have time to clean off utensils and pans and tables to put the cauliflower crust onto. I thought that was very unprofessional. And not totally Celiac friendly.
