Absolutely amazing eggplant parm- any chance you can make it gluten free in the future? It’s worth suffering through food allergies if you have them because this eggplant parm is so delicious!

Delicious, rich food. You won't want to eat again for days! Happy Hour: Glass of wine and free snack. My husband had the Dates and Speck; I had the Arancini-both so good. We shared the Carbona and each had our own entree. My husband had Lamb Gnocchi and said it was very good. I had the Shrimp Bigoli and it was also very good. If you want an experience and a treat you should go there for a nice leisurely meal. The man at the next table is celiac and needed gluten free with no cross-contamination. They kitchen was able to accommodate; stating they use separate cooking pots, etc.
