Pre Christmas family meet up for dinner, great service, staff couldn't be more helpful, food was lovely and was good to see an extensive menu for gluten free options

Had dinner at the hotel, staff very welcoming, very friendly.
Food good , wide menu choice.
The downside, as I am gluten intolerant, asked staff about my menu choices, no indication on menu which dishes were gluten free, although staff tried to be helpful, the starter I chose had gluten, although initially I was told it had no gluten.
My advice to apex hotel, please indicate on your your menus, which dishes are gluten, vegetarian, vegan etc it would be a lot easier for your customers and your staff.
