Aphrodite's Organic Pie Shop

I have attempted to eat here twice now in the last 4 months. First attempt: came in 40 mins before close to get three slices to-go. The lady behind the counter was already counting the cash and slammed down the money in her had and was very outwardly frustrated at me wanting something. Left immediately. Second attempt: I come in mid day and there’s only three types of pie, and one ended up mis-labeled, so two (gluten free). I still decided to get one slice from them and asked for it to be heated and add whipped cream “we’re out of whipped cream” in a pie shop???? Then I asked for a cup of tea, and when I go to pay it’s over $18 for one small slice of pie and one cup of tea. I asked if a mistake had been made. The server stated the tea is $6. This is just earl grey, it’s not a fancy frothed milk concoction. $6!? Then the pie is obviously $13 for a small slice. I said I didn’t want either anymore. I ended up going down the road a little to Breka and having such a lovely piece of gf mouse cake with a very fancy drink and taking 3 donuts home for my husband. All 5 products came out to the same price as a piece of pie and a plain cup of tea! Highly recommend going to Breka instead!
