I really enjoy this place! Simple menu with just a few burgers and appetizers. I get a lettuce wrap since I have to eat gluten free, and it has always been fabulous. Fries are really good, too.

The edges of the burger patty had a crunchy unami flavor that puts a delighted Oo in da nom-nom-nommy!
The balance of flavors was perfection with the acidity of the tomato jam with the fat in the proteins.
I love that they automatically toast the gluten-free bun. Restoring my faith that chefs understand the difference between a person having food allergies and someone lacking taste buds.
