I had a pepperoni burrata and mike's hot honey slice, plain cheese slice and the squared slice I dont remember. Both pepperoni and cheese were very tasty. Crust had a nice bite and was soft at the same time. Very flavorful, the cheese, tomato sauce and crust ratio was great. (I am a fan of thin pizza.) The honey and pepperoni combo was good, didn't really get the hot part. The squared slice, I wasnt able to eat right away so can't say, but its more of a deep dish style, very thick and crunchy crust. Dark bits are crispy cheese. Onion, prosciutto and garlic. Opted for slices since oredering a pie is approx 1hr wait time. Glutenfree options. Parking lot is small. Line to order moves quickly. Customer service is great! Communication is concise. Definitely will return for a whole pie.

Eh.. don't believe the hype.. I usually aim for gluten-free but decided to make an exception to try this place and was left disappointed. Super busy and even with placing the order before hand for pick-up, it still took 1.5 hour to be ready. We asked for the PEPPERONI, BURRATA AND MIKE’S HOT HONEY on a Detroit-style square pie instead of round and it was $47! Now, if it was good, I wouldn't necessarily mind (although that is still crazy), but it wasn't so it made spending that much even worse. The dough tasted like it was stale, left over bread from the day before. The burrata on top had no flavor and probably isn't the best cheese to use and the hot honey is just minimal. Overall, the concept sounds better on paper than on execution. Someone had mentioned that maybe it would be better if eaten right out of the oven and that could be true, but isn't the best thing about pizza being able to eat it the next day, sometimes even cold? Perhaps their other style pizzas are better? I dunno.. maybe I'm just spoiled being from NY but this pizza was just ok.
