Applebee's/IHOP

Went for lunch on a Saturday around 3:40 pm. Was greeted quickly by server and ordered 3 waters, waited 10 minutes with nothing, flagged her down and said we were still waiting for our drinks, took another 7 minutes after that before she came back. They weren’t even that busy only a handful of tables in the restaurant. Them saying thank you after everything you say is also pretty annoying after a while. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Food prices have good way up while quality has gone down. They make a point to advertise gluten sensitive items on their menu but don’t have a GF burger bun, you’re a major chain in 2025, you should have alternative options. Would not come back unfortunately as I am a big fan of applebees. Maybe some of the standalone locations are better.

Tiffany was our server and she is awesome! Professional, very knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent recommendations for lunch, including gluten free. When she was uncertain of something she checked with the kitchen to be sure. She is bubbly and fun, and made our lunch even better!
