Appleby Inn Hotel

Called in last night for a quick bite to eat as we were passing. The choice’s on the menu were varied for every taste and exceptional good value as the quantity and quality was excellent. The gluten free options were clearly marked on the menu and there was lots to choose from, even apple crumble for dessert! The meals came with a lovely colourful salad instead of just a naff bit of lettuce. 🥬 Kieran, Alex & Josh, three younger members of staff served us and were exceptionally polite, attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend this restaurant. I will take so e pictures on my next visit as I will definitely be going back!

I ate a Sunday lunch here today, with my mum and a friend. What a fabulous meal we had. I'm gluten free, on hearing that they had gluten free Yorkshire puddings, I asked for one, even though I was having lamb. It was a very delicious, tasty meal, friendly, helpful Staff. I followed with a delicious gluten free dessert. I plan to return in the near future
