Apricot Lytham

Great visit recently, had a little dinner and a drink sat OutFront on a warm June evening. Great server she did an excellent job looking after my Gluten allergies. Manager or Chef came out to make a special effort to address my young picky daughters' requests! See you next time !

This hasn't been open long, but we've already been twice. Once in the evening and the second time was for brunch. The evening meal was delicious. Not a typical meal with set courses, but more a sharing style meal. My wife and I shared the charcuterie board, hummus, a pear salad and a flatbread between the two of us and were full. The drinks/cocktails were great and the staff friendly and attentive. It was a little quite in the restaurant, but I believe this was because its was just opened and people aren't aware it's open in the evenings. The second time we went was for brunch with the kids. It was very busy, but still managed to get a table. Again, the staff were very attentive and even came over with a little bowl of fruit for the kids while we were looking at the menu. Although we couldn't see any Gluten-Free options on the menu, a quick check with the waitress confirmed they have GF options and promptly gave us a tablet with the menu that can be made GF friendly. We had GF French toast with bacon, normal French toast with cherries and almonds, Eggs Royal and beans on toast. Everything was delicious, as was the coffee. This is a firm favourite in my eyes and look forward to coming back again soon.
