One of the best food experience of my entire life ❤️❤️❤️ as Hygienist and vegan my standards are really high but the quality, research and preparation of the food here it's absolutely top notch 🪄 all without gluten, butter and even no sugar in the desserts and they are out of this world. Delicious lunch. Beautiful restaurant in a modern building 15 minutes stroll from Parma cathedral. Plenty of gluten free options on the lunch menu. Only downside was there was no gf option for Primi piatti I had Antipasti to share followed by the golden tempura with fried zucchini we then shared the tiramisu. Highly recommend
