Aqua Terra Bistro

Delicious meal and amazing staff! We went for supper tonight, and Natalia was wonderful and attentive. I have Celiac Disease, and she was knowledgeable about what I could and couldn't have on the menu, and I felt comfortable that they would take every precaution with my meal. When the bread was brought to the table (which I couldnt have) the manager, Rebecca, also brought out cucumbers and a separate container of spread for me, and when our meal was brought out, she brought mine out separately because it was listed as an allergy. You can tell they take allergies seriously. I had the roasted beet salad with salmon. The basil vinaigrette is delicious! Hubby had the filet and the parmesan truffle fries. He said everything was really good and the steak was cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend going here!!

We have now had the pleasure of dining with them twice. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Tara was our server the first time and not only was she on point with everything service wise she was also so friendly. I have celiac disease and must eat gluten free. The amount of care that went into making sure my food was safe to eat has been unmatched by any other place we have been. I rarely have desert options other than ice cream when dining out. They have a flourless gluten free tort that was so delicious. We will defiantly be going back!
