Archie's All Day

would not recommend to anyone gluten intolerant. and honestly even if you're not gluten intolerant, archie's overall is super disappointing. came in today with my partner and ordered two cheeseburgers, one gf and one regular. the burgers do not come with fries, they are tiny for the price and come on a small plate with no condiments. we ordered two sides of fries for both of us as the burgers don't come with them included, neither of which ever showed up. the service was incredibly slow and dismissive — every time one of the girls walked past, i would smile and make eye contact to imply we were ready to order, and they would ignore me. the gf burger came between two small slices of toast. a beef patty, a tiny amount of lettuce, and some toast. they ran out of caramlised onion apparently (it was 11am). at least keep some gluten free burger buns in the freezer. i can put two pieces of bread in the toaster and slap a beef patty between them at home. even the regular burger was disappointing. when we left archie's, the aloof brunette girl was standing right by the doorway and didn't even look at us, acknowledge us, say thank you, have a good day, see you next time, or goodbye. nothing. you are in a customer service job, it's the bare minimum to acknowledge and show an ounce of manners to your customers. food ordered didn't come, customer service was extremely unfriendly, and the gf option was misleading — a burger is not a sandwich.

The food here is so amazing. Staff are super friendly. Heaps of gluten free options too
