I am a celiac so I ordered the gluten free chicken fingers--they were so phenomenal that I ordered another to go! As a celiac I had no negative response to either the chicken fingers or the French fries. The staff were so sweet--you could tell they take pride in what they offer. I highly recommend this food truck stop!

Absolutely amazing! They have plenty of gluten free options, including burgers, sandwiches, fries and chicken tenders. I got the chicken tenders and they were so good. The lady was very nice and explained patiently everything that could be made gluten free. I couldn’t believe I found safe food for me to eat just outside of Zion. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible for celiac!! 4 of the owners/workers have celiac so they are well-trained and knowledgeable. They have created an AMAZING gluten free fried chicken and tortilla wrap. Dedicated GF fryer as well! This is a must stop place
