We went to Ardemos because we'd heard they had really good gluten-free burgers, and they didn't disappoint. The brioche bun was toasted just right and didn't seem gluten-free at all, and the burger overall was very good, one of those modern ones with ingredients that fit the bill, without going overboard.
The menu isn't very long, but that's precisely why it's appreciated: you can choose with ease without having to spend half an hour wondering. They have several types of chips (I think four) and some nachos that surprised us quite a bit; they were very good.
What blew us away were the pancakes with Nutella. They didn't seem gluten-free in the slightest. Tender, not dry at all, and with just the right amount of sweetness.
The waiter we had, a bald Argentinian—I can't remember his name—was incredibly nice. He was attentive without being pushy, and you could tell he knew what he was serving.
It's not super cheap, but you can tell everything is well-made. Definitely a must-have again.
