Area 51 Cupcakery

AMAZING, OUT OF THIS WORLD - GLUTEN FREE CAKE! Please take the time to read this if you’re gluten free! My mom has Celiac Disease, so she is gluten free. For the past 10 years or so, we get gluten free cakes for birthdays & special occasions for my Mom at a gluten free bakery in Hinsdale. I went to go order a gluten free cake from this place in Hinsdale on a Tuesday for a party we were having on a Saturday (that is 5 days). They said they could not have it ready in that time frame. I was shocked. Well, not to worry - Area 51 is “THE” only place our family will now go for our Mom’s GLUTEN FREE cake. Area 51 was able to have the cake done to actually pick up Friday for the Saturday party. *My Mom said it was the BEST gluten free cake she’s ever had!* It was moist, full of flavor - it was divine! She had left overs of the cake for 3 days & it was the only gluten free cake that tasted like it did the 1st day she had it. Not only did the cake taste amazing, but the decorating on the cake was beautiful. The staff at Area 51 are all wonderful. This is now our place to get a Gluten Free cake for our Mom! Nice staff and delicious cupcakes! We ordered mini cupcakes for our wedding because we needed a gluten free option. All of our guests loved them. Highly suggested!
