OVERVIEW: I highly recommend the pastas. Priced better for double dates or couples; larger families will get very expensive (our family of 7 was $159.57 pre-tip). WHAT WE LIKED: The mac and cheese ($14) was excellent. It's a fusilli pasta with a very delicious cheese sauce. The five cheese ravioli (~$18) was very delicious as well. Their pasta dishes are top notch. The pizza crust (including the gluten-free crust) is excellent with a light and crispy texture and a slight char that was very flavorful. Sweet and spicy wings ($14.00) were quite good too. Ambience is very nice. The place was empty (at ~2:00 pm in the afternoon), and the attendant seated seven of us very quickly. The waitress was friendly, kind, and attentive. WHAT WE DIDN'T LIKE: Everything was delicious, but the pizzas are too expensive for what you get (a large pizza is ~$40). The pizzas had fresh basil, fresh ingredients, and good flavor, but nothing too praiseworthy. Garlic bread and garlic cheese bread lacked garlic flavor and seemed to be pieces of baguettes, buttered and seasoned with a little garlic salt/powder, topped with cheese (garlic cheese bread), and toasted.

Before heading to Arello, we called to make sure they had gluten free pizza crust. We were told yes, so we headed over. After ordering kids meals and appetizer, we go to order our pizza. The server tells us they are out of gluten free crust. Hmm. This was rather unfortunate, as we'd already ordered stuff, otherwise we would have left. Our server then told us they'd been out since Saturday. We went on Monday. If you're out of GF pizza crust for 2 days, you should probably let your front desk know. Besides the pizza, the menu had 1 dinner item that was labeled GF on it. The server came back and told us lots of things were gluten free on the menu, they just weren't labeled. Then when we inquired about certain items (like the chicken wings) she had to go ask and then return to tell us they did have gluten, even though she just told us they didn't. My husband ended up with a Cesar salad with no croutons (literally lettuce and dressing for $13). He wasn't happy.
