Aristocat Cafe + Tea House

What a wonderful environment for both felines and humans. I loved snuggling and petting the cats on the cat side, and enjoying an absolutely delicious London Fog tea, as well as a piece of gluten-free cherry shortbread, on the human side. The whole place is quite inviting, with a great atmosphere. I warned the owner she might get sick of me, as I can see this as my new haunt for working on projects while getting to see cats (and sometimes still paying to play with them - yes, you pay for kitty time, but the fees go to support the cats while living in the cafe as they await their furrever homes, so well worth it!). Dividing the space in half works well; the cats have their space (with a few human visitors, perhaps), and the cafe customers have theirs (but plenty of views of the fur babies.) I’m thrilled Harrisonburg now has this space - and I can’t wait to try out more of the many teas!
