I will be honest. I was hesitant to try Arita Ramen & Sushi after reading some recent reviews, but my experience was very positive. The host who greeted me had an upbeat, welcoming personality, and the food was genuinely good. The team noticed I requested Gluten Free and even adjusted the rice to match, which shows real attention to detail and care.
I am a massage therapist next door at IMAGE Studios, so how I feel after a meal matters for my work. Two hours after eating, I felt great with no heaviness or lethargy. As a vegetarian, I appreciate having tasty options that leave me energized, and I am happy to recommend Arita to others looking for thoughtful service and solid food.
One small note for improvement: the order text message system did not notify me when my order was ready for pickup. If that gets fixed, the experience will be even better. Overall, recommended.
