Love this place, seems a shame to make a big deal in this review as I expect if more people knew about this absolute gem then it would be harder to get a space in this stunning tea Garden. They offer a fantastic range of typical British Tea room treats from scones & cakes to sandwiches and sausage rolls. They also sell a range of plants in pots & hanging baskets. The staff are very kind and very helpful, my partner has dietary requirements (Dairy & Gluten free) and they had a wide variety of options for her savoury & sweet and hot beverage too. Well worth a visit.

SUCH a wonderful place, with regards to every single possible aspect! And this Saturday August 3rd, everybody there truly helped to make my Nan's 70th birthday surprise one to remember! <3 The staff are friendly, welcoming, fast, and very attentive. Both the inside + outside spaces are extremely beautiful and well-kept, with lots of pretty decorations, bird feeders, hanging plants, clean tables, big flowers, cute ornaments-- and even guinea pigs + a parrot !!!! The menu is full, with lots of choice (including many gluten-free options-- more so than most other places + even more than bigger, branded restaurants!), and the prices are extremely reasonable. The portions are very good sizes, and they don't skimp on things like fillings/cheese haha! :D Additionally, whilst this has always been one of my family's favourite tearooms to visit after a dog walk, they truly outdid themselves this weekend! We had booked a massive 18-person table for my Nan's surprise 70th birthday lunch, with all of her siblings that live quite far away + thus she cannot see very often, and we were all so, so incredibly pleased and happy with every single part of the day! I literally can't praise and thank the staff enough :) We were such a large table (and quite loud too!), and so I'm sure it couldn't have been super easy, but everything went better than we had even expected. The staff were brilliant and came over consistently throughout the afternoon to clear things off the table, make space, ask if anything else was needed, etc-- more so than I'd ever expect them to!-- and, despite how large our group was, the service was somehow still extremely quick, and we didn't have to wait long for anything at all! My Nan also has to eat gluten-free, and she always likes this place in particular as they have such a wide range of options, especially gluten-free desserts/sweet treats, so she was very happy with that also! And then, as we were nearing the end of the lunch, we were surprised massively with the staff actually giving my Nan a birthday card and little gift !!!! We had no idea this was going to happen, and it was just another added thoughtful touch to the day :) Thank you so, so much to all of the staff working this Saturday for your hard work, attentiveness, kindness, and care. My Nan couldn't have been happier-- as you probably could tell, if you managed to catch her crying! Thank you <33

Stopped by after a bad experience at another cafe. The staff here were very friendly and offered a choice of two different gluten free cakes. There was a rose and pistachio and a mixed berry and we tried both! Superb cake and pleasant, well-kept garden to enjoy it in.
