I had already been to Trito a couple of times and everything always went well but tonight...
The 4 of us arrived at 8.35pm, so it was still a warm evening and the place was half empty (those present were kids who were already consuming), we ordered after having already waited a few minutes too long. Starters are quite quick, while the mains arrive at around 9.45pm. I point out that tables around us, who arrived later, had already consumed and were about to pay. 2 observations on the dishes: next to a gluten-free sandwich you cannot put a sauce that is not gluten-free (should I also doubt the sandwich?!); if I order salad with scottona carpaccio I can't get a tartare... carpaccio and tartare are very different things.
At least 3 euro discount on the bill!
