Went too Armstrong's Restaurant for my 78th birthday on the 3rd July 2023, read the reviews and felt quite confident going has I am Celiac, ordered two breakfasts for myself and my wife, one normal and one Gluten free, we started eating, when my so called gluton free toast arrived, the toast looked to good to be true, so asked again and told again gluten free, my wifes toast arrived later and I new at once there had been a mistake, so stopped half way through our meal before heading home, before we left my wife complained, and the manager was informed, and we were offered a fifty percent reduction on the bill which we excepted, we arrive home just after 1pm, and by 4pm I was having the usual symptoms and was violently ill, so not a good day, but don't let this put you off going to Armstrong's, but if you have an eating disorder please be aware.
