Fantastic food, friendly staff and dedicated fryer

I appreciate that the menu has gluten free options clearly posted on menu. My food was delicious. My waiter was very friendly and attentive. I gave 5 stars but I have 1 complaint. The host wiped our table with a rag before being seated however she did not use sanitizer or cleaning spray. There was a knife left on the table from the prior diners. There was what looked like a jelly stain left behind on our table. It was gross.The surrounding tables were not cleared and cleaned the whole time we were there though they were not occupied. The floor badly needed swept. The restaurant was not extremely busy so I’m confused as to why it looked so unkept. Anyone with a gluten allergy knows how hard it is to find a place that serves gluten free options. It’s even harder to find a place that actually list gluten free options on the menu. The food was delicious and this the reason I would recommend the this restaurant to the gluten free community. This is why I still gave 5 stars. The gluten free food out ways the mess.
