I normally enjoy photographing my meals, but this sandwich was so lackluster it didn’t seem worth it. I did appreciate that they offered gluten-free options, and I chose the arepas with beef. Unfortunately, the beef was dry and the cheese wasn’t melted—it looked like shredded cheese added straight from the bag. For $13, the portion was small and the quality didn’t justify the price. After looking up arepas online, I realized they’re traditionally served hot. Mine wasn’t, which makes me wish I had taken a photo to show how undercooked it seemed. Overall, disappointing.

I was so excited to find Arepas (gluten-free Venezuelan food) here! Good food and friendly staff made this a great lunch spot. The food did take a while to come out, but it was worth it.
