My son and daughter in law took me here for my birthday. We had reservations and were warmly greeted at the door. The old rustic Italian ambience was very inviting. We started out with a Buffalo Mozzarella appertif and the tomatoes were very refreshing. I had the Veal Parmigiano with pasta. The portion of veal was amazing. The flavour of the tomato sauce brought back memories of Sunday dinners at my Zia's when families and neighbours got together for dinner. My son had the Pennette Al Salmone Offumicatto which he said he loves so much he orders all the time. My DIL the Gluten Free Fettuccine Alla Puttanesca. She said the noodles were some of the best GF noodles she has had. The service was great! Would highly recommend!

We have been coming to Arriva for over 30 years and love it! The staff are friendly and provide great service. They have gluten free pasta and will make you gluten free toast for dipping in oil and vinegar. Their pasta sauces are amazing. I’m sure we’ve tried them all! We also love their calamari appetizer, and I don’t even like calamari. 😊 The atmosphere at Arriva is absolutely authentic Italian. They have outside patio seating too. It feels like being in Italy. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband, daughter and I ate here for dinner on Sep 1 and the food and service were very good. My daughter is celiac and they provided complimentary gluten free bread for her (Northern Harvest multi-grain) for her to dip in the oil and vinegar, and even warmed up the bread. She had never done that before and was so thrilled. I thought I had ordered a gluten free prawn appetizer, but when the server brought it to the table, he let us know that they had used rice flour instead of wheat flour. This level of attentiveness to a gluten free diet is not always found in a pasta restaurant and was very much appreciated. Food was delicious, and our server Matias was excellent. Would eat here again and recommend without hesitation.
