The dosas, idli, sambar, ice cream… it’s all so wonderfully delicious and perfect for anyone anytime, whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or not. It’s worth a trip into the city by itself for sure and I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

We wanted something quick and easy close to our hotel. We found food revival, an indoor food court. I chose art of Dosa, where everything is gluten free and vegan and absolutely delicous! Server was so helpful and made suggestions. I chose the Buffalo Dosa and it came with the greatest spicy sauce.

Wow. When I took my first bite I said, out loud, “wow!” The food is incredibly flavorful and the dosas are each made fresh upon ordering (like crepes). I opted for the “Buffalo” dosa which was packed with textures and spices, made even more delicious by the sauce and “green gunpowder” spice they give you to add to taste. Everything on the menu is vegan and nut free, with many items gluten-free as well. Whatever your diet and tastes try this spot. They even have shakes and lassis and ice cream, which I will try next time as I was too stuffed from the dosa this time.
