I have Celiac and WOW was I blown away by the cake I got from them! Wonderful flavor, texture, everything. This was the first professional birthday cake I've ever had as I always grew up baking my own due to Celiac since I was diagnosed in 2003.
If you are *sensitive* Celiac, note that there may be cross contamination. They communicated it to me before I paid but luckily I'm not as sensitive to that so it wasn't an issue.
I highly HIGHLY recommend their cakes for anyone that's gluten sensitive, use discretion if Celiac.
