When we arrived in Orta, our eyes immediately fell on this ice cream shop. Deliciously creamy and soft ice cream, with pure, full flavors. There is also a huge selection for gluten-free. An absolute must.

The ice cream was very good and a lot of attention was paid to gluten and lactose contamination. Being celiac we told them and they were very careful by using another scoop for the milkshake and taking the ice cream not where the cone scoop touched.

The ice cream is good, but from an ice cream shop registered with the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) I expect there to be attention in the procedures to avoid contamination. It would be advisable to change the palettes from one customer to another.
