Today I discovered this ice cream parlor. They have water-based ice creams without any milk of any kind. Fruit and nuts. The hazelnut one I got was spectacular. I've been talking to the saleswoman, who I thought made them too, and she's been explaining to me that the flavors change every week and that she takes advantage of when the fruit is at its best for fruit ones. Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options are recommended. They also have an assortment of Italian desserts. I'll be back!
