Asahi Japanese Steak house

Sushi was fresh and good but this might not be the place to go if you have dietary restrictions. They talked the talk regarding my wheat allergy but I was sick for two days after eating here. Been wondering if they served me low sodium soy sauce and just said it was gluten free or if the imitation crab California roll has wheat ingredients. I didn't take the soup that came with my meal because it's made with soy sauce and didn't sub anything for it but they still tacked an extra dollar on the bill for some reason. Shoulda asked why. Whole thing was kind of a weird experience.

Genuinely impressed with knowledge staff had of celiac disease and their willingness to accommodate our family. My daughter didn't experience any symptoms of being "glutened" after eating here. Great entertainment, great customer service. Definitely recommend.
