Ash & Olive

The three of us went to Olive & Ash for dinner on a Friday night at 7:30. Despite the chaos, it had a great vibe, and the staff explained that they could get us a table in about 15 minutes. You go straight to the counter to check in, and they ask if you have a table. There is a mix of lounge options with sofas and chairs, booth tables with half of the seating in chairs, and a few tables. We sat at the bar with our beverages for about 5 minutes when one of the lounge areas came available. We had the menus to review while we were waiting, and they had a menu board filled with specials. After we were seated, we went to the counter to order and pay. I asked if they could make the Salmon Oscar special, which has fingerling potatoes and asparagus, gluten free. They removed the sauce, and assured me they would change gloves, although they couldn't guarantee there would be no cross contamination because they also make personal pizzas. It was delicious! I didn't have any issues either. My husband ordered the GF A-O Salad with grilled chicken, and our son ordered a personal cheese pizza. It was all great! We will definitely be back, and we will likely make reservations to make it easier.

The staff was delightful and kind, there were so many gluten free options, and the gluten free pizza was phenomenal! We barely believed it was gluten free at first!
