What a fantastic experience I had when visiting end of July 2022! As a celiac disease sufferer it is difficult to find a place clean and careful enough to prepare food that I can eat without feeling poorly or scared to end up bedridden for the day. The young guy serving me that Saturday morning was a proper gentleman, knowledgeble about gluten and its effect in people like myself and still very polite and understanding. Would give 6 stars if it were possible! Dropped in to buy a sub and chatted to the staff member about gluten allergies as my wife couldn't have Subway since being diagnosed with celiac disease. The young chap behind the counter shared the ingredients of the gluten free options and meticulously cleaned down the counter and utensils with a great deal of care and consideration, more so than I've ever seen. Whomever you were, serving that day, you're a credit to the brand, well done and thank you. People may complain on here about the most trivial things such as cold sandwiches or no mayo but on that day, my wife devoured her first Subway without fear of being debilitatingly poorly for the first time in many years. Well done to you, the young fella working on Saturday 30th of August 2022 at around 10am, whom ever you are and well done Subway, we'll be back again and again!
